Nollywood actor and comedian, Olanrewaju Omiyinka, popularly known as Baba Ijesha, has announced the birth of his son.
The actor shared the joyous news in an Instagram post on Monday, accompanied by maternity photographs featuring himself and his wife.
Expressing gratitude to God, Baba Ijesha revealed that the couple welcomed a healthy baby boy named King Kagar Omiyinka.
“In quiet ways, in unseen ways, God has been writing a story only He could tell. We thank the Almighty for blessing us with a healthy baby boy,” he wrote.
The actor also paid tribute to his wife, praising her strength and support throughout the journey to parenthood.
“God gave me more than I prayed for. My ever beautiful wife, strong Jagaban, Abikese de mi owo, @ceolumineeofficial, who became the mother of my son, King Kagar Omiyinka,” he added.
The announcement quickly drew congratulatory messages from fans, colleagues, and well-wishers across the entertainment industry, many of whom flooded the comment section with prayers and warm wishes for the newborn and his parents.
The birth of the child marks a significant milestone for the actor, who returned to public life after regaining his freedom in November 2025.
